PPC management cost Delhi NCR sits at ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 a month for most small and mid-sized Google Ads accounts, on top of what you spend on ads. Agencies charge either a flat fee or 10% to 20% of your ad spend, and the crossover lands near ₹2.5 lakh a month of spend. Below that, flat is cheaper. Above it, the percentage quietly costs more than the work is worth. Here are the bands.
| Monthly ad spend | Typical management fee | Flat or % |
|---|---|---|
| Up to ₹50,000 | ₹15,000–₹25,000 | Flat |
| ₹50,000–₹2,00,000 | ₹25,000–₹35,000 | Mostly flat |
| ₹2,00,000–₹5,00,000 | ₹35,000–₹50,000 | Either model works |
| ₹5,00,000 and above | 10%–15% of spend | Percentage |
A ₹5 lakh monthly spend at 12% is ₹60,000 in fees. The same account on a flat ₹45,000 saves you ₹15,000 a month. That is why every large advertiser eventually argues the percentage down. None of these figures include GST, media spend or paid tools.
What the retainer does not include
PPC management cost Delhi NCR businesses budget for is only the fee. Your ad spend is separate, and in Delhi it is usually the larger number. A ₹20,000 retainer against ₹40,000 of spend means you are paying one rupee of management for every two of advertising, which is normal at small budgets and drops fast as spend grows.
GST applies to the fee. Tools are billed separately in most cases, though good agencies absorb reporting costs below ₹2 lakh spend. And the fee does not include landing pages. If your agency says the page is part of management, ask what they build it in, because that answer tells you whether they can actually build one.
Flat fee versus percentage: where the line falls
Flat fee is simple and predictable. You pay ₹25,000 whether you spend ₹1 lakh or ₹3 lakh, so your cost of management falls as your spend grows. The agency’s revenue does not, which is why small accounts get flat fees and large ones get percentages.
Percentage of spend scales with your results, or with your spending, depending on how charitable you are feeling. At 15% on ₹2 lakh spend, the fee is ₹30,000. At 15% on ₹6 lakh, it is ₹90,000. The work does not triple when the spend triples, so past a point you are paying for the agency’s growth, not your own.
The crossover sits near ₹2.5 lakh a month. Below it, flat is cheaper for you. Above it, a flat fee becomes a discount most agencies will not offer, so you are negotiating a percentage down instead. Ask for both quotes and make the agency show its own arithmetic.
What a Delhi NCR retainer must include to be worth it
Campaign build and structure. Keyword research, negative keyword lists, ad groups that match buyer intent, and conversion tracking that fires on the right action, not on every page load.
Search term review. This is the part that saves money. Without weekly search term checks, a ₹2 lakh spend leaks ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 a month on queries you never wanted. Anyone who skips this is not managing, they are watching.
Ad copy and extensions, tested in batches. Bidding strategy that matches the account’s conversion volume, because max conversions on an account with twelve conversions a month is guesswork dressed as automation.
A monthly report a human can read. Row after row of impressions helps nobody. You want cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, and the three changes the agency made and why.
Nine questions before you sign
PPC management cost Delhi NCR quotes vary widely, so ask nine things before you sign.
- What is the monthly fee, as one number, in writing?
- Is that fee flat or a percentage, and what is the spend threshold where it changes?
- Who reviews search terms, and how often?
- What counts as a conversion in my account, and how is it tracked?
- Is landing page work included, or quoted separately?
- What is your minimum contract length, and what happens if I want to leave?
- Can I see the account, or do you keep it in your own manager account?
- What is your Google Ads certification, and who on the team actually holds it?
- What did your last three clients spend, and what did their cost per lead do over six months?
Question seven matters more than people realise. If the account lives in the agency’s own manager account, leaving means rebuilding from scratch. Ask for your own account ID on day one.
Questions owners ask
How much does PPC management cost in Delhi NCR?
PPC management cost Delhi NCR agencies charge for small and mid-sized accounts is ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 a month in fees, plus ad spend and GST. Larger accounts, above ₹5 lakh spend, usually move to 10% to 15% of spend.
Is a flat fee better than a percentage?
Flat is cheaper below about ₹2.5 lakh monthly spend. Percentage is more common above it, though you should negotiate, because the management work does not grow in a straight line with the budget.
What percentage do Google Ads agencies charge in India?
Most quote 10% to 20% of monthly ad spend. Below ₹1 lakh spend, a flat fee is almost always the better deal, because 15% of ₹60,000 is ₹9,000, and no agency does real work for ₹9,000.
Does the fee include the ad budget?
No. The retainer is the agency’s charge. Your media spend with Google is separate and usually larger.
Can I manage Google Ads in house?
You can. Budget four to six hours a week for search terms, bids and copy tests. Businesses that keep that routine rarely need an agency. Businesses that stop after month two usually need one.
Why does my cost per lead keep rising?
Usually one of three reasons: competitors entering the auction, a landing page that stopped converting, or a search term report nobody has opened. The first one you cannot fix. The other two you can.
