Google Ads Management in Delhi NCR — What You Pay, What We Do

Google Ads management in Delhi NCR runs ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 a month as a flat fee, or 10% to 20% of ad spend on a commission deal. Under ₹50,000 of monthly ad spend, the honest band is ₹12,000 to ₹20,000. Every number here is the management fee. Your ad spend goes to Google, not to us.

I have run these accounts since before Performance Max existed, and the same rule has not changed: the fee buys attention, not luck.

What Google Ads management covers

A proper retainer touches seven things. If a quote covers three of them, you are paying for a login.

  • Account structure: campaigns, ad groups and naming you can actually read when something breaks.

  • Keyword work: the terms worth bidding on, and the negatives that stop money leaking.

  • Ad copy and extensions: headlines, descriptions, sitelinks and callouts kept fresh.

  • Landing page recommendations: what the page must say, and we fix it when the build is ours.

  • Conversion tracking: forms, calls and purchases measured properly before you scale spend.

  • Bid and budget management: daily pacing, not a monthly glance.

  • Search term review: the weekly work that makes the rest of it profitable.

We work inside your account, and you keep admin access from day one. Call tracking, if you need it, is usually ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 a month and is billed by a third party rather than us.

How we structure a search campaign

Structure is boring and it decides everything. We start with intent, not keywords.

One campaign per job. Brand, core service, and high-intent competitor terms live apart, because they behave differently and deserve separate budgets. Inside each campaign, tight ad groups: five to fifteen closely related keywords, one landing page per group, so the ad and the page say the same thing.

Exact and phrase match first. Broad match comes later, once conversion tracking is producing clean data and you can afford the learning. Negatives go in from day one, not after the first wasted ₹20,000.

Then the routine. Every week we read the search terms report and move money. This is not optional. On a ₹2 lakh monthly spend, an account with no search term review leaks ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 a month on queries you never wanted. Anyone who skips it is watching, not managing.

What PPC management costs in Delhi NCR

PPC management in Delhi NCR sits between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000 a month for most small and mid-sized accounts, on top of ad spend. The bands move with your budget:

  • Up to ₹50,000 of spend: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 a month, flat.

  • ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, with weekly optimisation.

  • ₹1,50,000 to ₹5,00,000: ₹35,000 to ₹55,000, plus call tracking and conversion rate work.

  • Above ₹5,00,000: 8% to 12% of spend.

Flat or percentage is the other argument. Below roughly ₹2.5 lakh of monthly spend, flat is cheaper for you. Above it, most agencies push a percentage, and you should negotiate, because the work does not grow in a straight line with the budget. A one-time account build or migration is ₹15,000 to ₹35,000; a standalone audit is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.

Cost per click sets the difficulty. Interior design, immigration and dental implant queries in Delhi routinely clear ₹40 to ₹90 a click, while a local service business can still buy clicks at ₹8 to ₹25. More expensive clicks mean more search terms to review and a tighter margin, so the fee tracks the work.

The metrics we report weekly

You get a one-page report every week. Spend, clicks, click-through rate, average cost per click, conversions, and cost per lead or per sale against the target we agreed. Then the part most reports hide: which search terms were added, which were blocked, and where the budget moved.

We also watch impression share on your money terms, because losing share quietly is how an account stops producing without anyone noticing.

What we ignore: raw impressions, and any "engagement" number that has never once turned into an enquiry.

FAQ

How much does Google Ads management cost in Delhi NCR?

₹15,000 to ₹40,000 a month as a flat fee, or 10% to 20% of ad spend. Under ₹50,000 of monthly spend, expect ₹12,000 to ₹20,000. Ad spend is separate and goes to Google.

Is flat fee or percentage better?

Below about ₹2.5 lakh of monthly spend, a flat fee is cheaper and easier to police. Above it, a percentage is common, but negotiate — the management work does not scale one-to-one with your budget.

How long before Google Ads produces leads?

With tracking set up properly, first leads usually arrive inside two to four weeks. A stable cost per lead takes about two to three months of optimisation, because the account needs data before it can be judged.

Do you need access to my website?

For conversion tracking and landing page fixes, yes. If you would rather keep the build in-house, we will hand over the exact tag and event spec instead.

What is the minimum ad spend worth managing?

₹25,000 a month. Below that, the management fee eats too much of the budget and the data is too thin for the account to learn. Put the money into organic search or social until the budget grows.
