Meta Ads Management in Delhi NCR — What We Run and What It Returns

Meta Ads management in Delhi NCR costs ₹15,000 to ₹45,000 a month as a flat retainer, or 8% to 15% of ad spend once monthly spend crosses roughly ₹2,00,000. That fee buys management. Your ad budget is separate, and below about ₹25,000 a month in media, no retainer will make Meta perform — the account never gathers enough data to optimise.

I run Facebook and Instagram accounts for Delhi NCR businesses, and this page is how I explain the work before anyone signs.

How we structure a Meta ads account

Campaigns follow the funnel, because Meta decides delivery from structure and signal.

One campaign for cold reach, one for retargeting people who engaged, and one for the people who already know you. Splitting five ad sets at ₹1,000 a day each teaches the system nothing; one ad set at ₹5,000 a day learns faster, and you split later once you have signal. We keep the account simple until the numbers justify complexity.

Tracking comes before spend. Pixel and Conversions API events checked against real leads, not just dashboard conversions. A mis-firing event is the most expensive mistake in Meta, because the optimiser then chases the wrong people with real money.

The daily part matters more than owners expect. Meta's auction shifts. A set producing leads at ₹180 in week one can drift to ₹400 by week three, and nobody notices until the monthly report. We look at pacing and cost per result daily, not on the last Friday.

Creative testing that actually decides anything

Meta is a creative engine, not a targeting puzzle. The audience work is now mostly handled by the algorithm; the creative is what you control.

Testing needs volume to mean anything. Two or three distinct concepts a month is the minimum, and Meta needs roughly 50 conversions per ad set before its optimiser settles. Below that, you are reading noise and calling it a winner. So we plan hooks first and shoot second, usually on a phone, because a real customer or a real problem beats a studio shoot in Delhi and costs a fraction to produce.

We kill fast and we say why. A concept that lost gets written down, so the next month does not repeat it.

What a Meta ads budget buys in India in 2026

The fee and the media spend are two different numbers, and mixing them is where budgets die.

At a ₹50,000 total monthly budget, about ₹34,000 leaves as media spend on Facebook and Instagram, and ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 stays with the agency as its fee. Creative and tools take the rest unless you shoot in house.

On delivery, Delhi NCR CPM runs ₹80 to ₹220, and ₹170 is a fair working figure. At that rate, ₹25,000 a month buys roughly 150,000 impressions, which in a tight audience usually becomes 30 to 60 leads if the creative is good. Cost per qualified lead on our lead-gen accounts typically lands between ₹150 and ₹600 depending on category. For ecommerce selling at an average order value of ₹1,200 to ₹4,000, a blended purchase ROAS of 2x to 4x is a working range when the creative is right; below 1.5x the problem is almost always the offer or the creative, not the bidding.

  • ₹25,000 a month: one platform, run simply. Do not split it across two.

  • ₹50,000 a month: room for two or three creative concepts monthly, and enough spend to exit the learning phase on at least one ad set.

  • ₹1 lakh and above: run Meta and Google together with different jobs, and weight spend toward whichever returns the cheaper cost per qualified lead.

Reporting: what to look at and what to ignore

Every month you get spend, results, cost per result, and the creative that carried it. We show what we stopped running and why, because a report with no failures in it usually means nobody read the account.

Judge lead-gen on cost per qualified lead, not on likes or reach. Judge ecommerce on blended ROAS and contribution, not on the reported ROAS of one campaign. Any single benchmark quoted before your product and margin are known is not a benchmark.

Two things to ignore: the "engagement" graph on a boosted post, and any agency that cannot tell you which creative produced your last ten enquiries.

FAQ

How much does Meta Ads management cost in Delhi NCR?

₹15,000 to ₹45,000 a month as a flat retainer for most small and mid-sized accounts, or 8% to 15% of spend above ₹2,00,000 a month. At a ₹50,000 total budget, the fee is usually ₹12,000 to ₹16,000.

What is the minimum budget worth running on Meta?

About ₹25,000 a month in media spend. Below that, the account cannot gather enough conversion data to optimise and the retainer eats too much of the total.

What ROAS should I expect?

For ecommerce at an average order value of ₹1,200 to ₹4,000, a blended purchase ROAS of 2x to 4x is reasonable when the creative is working. Lead-gen accounts are better measured on cost per qualified lead, typically ₹150 to ₹600.

How long before Meta Ads shows results?

Paid reach moves within weeks, and the learning phase usually takes one to two weeks per ad set. A stable cost per result takes about two to three months of creative testing.

Do you also run the organic page?

That is a separate retainer. Social media marketing covers content, community and reporting; the campaign side lives here.

Our Meta ads management and ROAS guide breaks down exactly what the retainer fee covers and what ₹50,000 a month buys line by line.
